The PhD Welcome Ceremony, which is organized by the Graduate Research School and the 8 doctoral schools, is a main event for the PhD students in their first year of PhD at the University of Bordeaux.
This event aims at giving you all the key information you need from your first year of PhD onwards (the PhD at the University of Bordeaux, the services of the university,...). You will also meet your fellow PhD students and the administrative staff who will support you during your PhD.
