UBGRS mobility grants: apply now!

If you are a PhD student at the university of Bordeaux and want to do a research visit in a foreign institution or university, you can apply to a mobility grant before February 13!

Committed in the international development of PhDs, the Graduate Research School offers each year mobility grants through its UBGRS mobility program.

Since 2022, over 50 PhD students have benefited from support for their projects.

2025 winter call

The 2025 winter call is dedicated to PhD students from the university of Bordeaux who want to do a research stay in a foreign institution or university from May and before November 2025.

The application period is open until February 13 at 11:59 p.m.

The results will be announced in April.

How to apply?

  • Download all the files you need to complete your application and check the eligibility requirements before you submit your application

  • Submit the complete application on your ADUM personal space before February 13 at 11:59 p.m.
