Organized by La French Tech Bordeaux and APEC, this event brings together PhD students, doctors, and local companies. It will consist of three parts: testimonials from companies that have hired or collaborated with PhD candidates, small-group discussions and an informal networking session.
The goal is to raise awareness of the added value that skills developed during a PhD bring to the business world. The discussions will also address how to highlight the value of a PhD background to recruiters and better explain its unique characteristics.
By bringing together the academic community and Bordeaux’s business sector, this event aims to foster the transfer of skills and knowledge, new collaborations, and strengthen the ties between research, innovation, and companies.
