Conference: "doctors and employability"

The French Collège des sociétés savantes académiques de France's commission on PhD and the Association nationale des docteurs (French national doctors' association) will organize a half-day event on the topic of employability of doctors, on March 31, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 6 pm, at Arts et Métiers in Paris.

This event (in French) will focus on the employability of doctors, which is a major issue for research, innovation and the entire socio-economic sector.

Experts will share their experience:

Dr Pierre Verschueren (University of Franche-Comté) will review the historical evolution of recognition and employability of doctors.
Dr Sylvie Pommier (ENS Paris-Saclay) will present the key points of the recent French ministerial report on PhD recognition and its strategic recommendations.
Dr Pierre-Yves Manach (DRARI Pays de la Loire), Dr Clarisse Angelier (ANRT) and Dr Claudine Pierron (APEC) will share their expertise on the integration of doctors in the territories and in the human and social sciences.
